This idea for this image has been rattling around my brain for
a couple of months, ever since I noticed this guy hosing down
the alley. Today I spotted him again and he good-naturedly aimed up  from the urine and vomit for a quick shot.

    I love what you did here, Sandra! I wonder if that's the same hose man whom I caught in one of my photos. I'm so GLAD they hose down the alleys but I like your idea of water much better!
