Rats is sooooo capo.
The ONLY functioning semi-clean public pay phone in downtown Vancouver is in the Art Gallery lobby. I'm sure of it. The rest all look like this. Yeah, that's some real rat capo, gimme a double shot.
That phone has been through hell! You can't even find any functioning pay phones in Toronto.
